VDT 1.10.1w released

The VDT team has released an update to VDT 1.10.1.

This release includes:
- a security update for Java
- bug fix updates for Bestman, the SRM Fermi client, the Generic
Information Provider, and RSV
- an update to the PPDG cert scripts
