OSG Software version 3.1.2 has been released

Hello,

We're pleased to announce OSG Software version 3.1.2. This is the new OSG Software distributed via RPMs for Scientific Linux 5 and 6, CentOS 5 and 6, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and 6.

This release includes various Globus fixes that affect the GRAM job manager, including a fix for a major bug where it occasionally deleted job directories, and a fix for a memory leak. Also included is a new production release of the Gratia services, and packaging updates to the GridFTP HDFS plugin and GUMS.

The xrootd-lcmaps-0.0.4-5 RPMs have been removed due to dependencies on software that isn't ready yet.
