XSEDE Ticket Exchange


The OSG Operations ticketing interface is now able to exchange tickets with the XSEDE ticketing interface.  This means that if you are having issues with XSEDE or need support from the XSEDE operators, you can open a ticket with us ( and let us know that the ticket needs to go to XSEDE.  Once we have this information we can send the ticket to XSEDE and they will be able to work in their ticket environment while you continue to work in the OSG environment.
