Announcing OSG Software version 3.3.17

We are pleased to announce OSG Software version 3.3.17.

Changes to OSG 3.3.17 include:

* Update gratia probe to work with more recent versions of Slurm

* Tarballs contain RPM package version list
* Add fallback default in gratia probe for HTCondor-CE history folder
