GOC Service Update - Tuesday, July 14th at 13:00 UTC

The GOC will upgrade the following services beginning Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 13:00 UTC.  The GOC reserves 8 hours in the unlikely event that unexpected problems are encountered.

MyOSG
Updated the way WLCG endpoint descriptions are created - (dropped service_type and replaced it with the first token from the hostname).

OASIS
On the virtualization host, we must split the storage array’s single logical volume into two so one can be used as a shared volume for guests via local NFS.  Some downtime will be required, as this must be done from the console in single-user mode.
