OSG Software version 3.0.9 has been released

We're pleased to announced OSG Software version 3.0.9. This is the new
OSG Software distributed via RPMs for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and
6-compatible distributions.

This release is primarily a bug fix release and includes fixes for
Globus GRAM, Gratia Probes, OSG-Configure and OSG-Cleanup. This
release also includes an update to Xrootd 3.1.1.
