Ticket Exchange Attachment Interface Unavailable

OSG Operations has discovered a problem with file attachments to tickets originating at GGUS. This problem was introduced during a recent update to the GGUS ticketing system which caused an inability to access the SOAP attachment interface. Support tickets have been opened at ( and and direct communication with GGUS developers has been initiated. This only affects file attachments to tickets, all other ticket exchange functionality is normal.
