GOC Service Update - Tuesday, August 9th at 13:00 UTC

The GOC will upgrade the following services beginning Tuesday, August 9th, 2011 at 13:00 UTC. The GOC reserves four hours (13:00 - 17:00 UTC) in the unlikely event that unexpected problems are encountered. We encourage users to test affected services before the production release.

GOC Ticket 1.41

Added check to make sure at least one assignee was assignee [TICKET-8]
Moved the location of the assignment override logic back to NextAssignment model
Added a functionality on ticket viewer to show who is currently viewing the same ticket
(already patched) Fixed the issue where page redirection was broken if the ticket's the auto-window closing feature somehow does not work on the browser.
Fixed the issue where incorrect ticket ID was displayed for security announcement ticket access control page.

InCommon HTTP/SSL certificates

We will be replacing various DOEGrids-issued HTTP/SSL certificates with our new UserTrust/InCommon-issued certificates. This change was postponed from the previous update cycle due to OS updates. Affected services are myosg, oim, software, ticket, and twiki. InCommon certificates are trusted on all major browsers by default and do not require users to manually trust our certificates anymore. In order to ensure a smooth transition, please start testing them on our ITB instances.
